The personal data of website users who send an information request using the contact form will be conserved only for the time strictly needed to satisfy their request, and for the purposes indicated in paragraph 3.

The data collected for registering with the website and newsletter service are stored in the company database and conserved for as long as the service lasts, after which they are deleted or made anonymous within the term established by law.

Should a data subject revoke consent for a specific type of processing, the data are deleted or made anonymous within 72 hours from receipt of the revocation.

Pursuant to art. 13(2)(f) of the Regulation, we inform you that none of the collected data will be included in any sort of automated decisional process, including user profiling.

The provision of data required by the legislation on Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism is mandatory and any refusal to respond precludes the requested professional service and may involve reporting the transaction to the competent supervisory body. In this regard, it should be noted that the processing of personal data relating to anti-money laundering obligations will take place having regard to the specific implementation procedures imposed on non-financial operators by the Regulation on the identification and retention of information envisaged by art. 3 paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree no. 56/2004 and adopted with M. D. no. 143/2006. Other information could also be taken from public sources to comply with the obligations under Legislative Decree 231/2007.

The data processing is carried out by means of the operations indicated in art. 4 no. 2) GDPR and more precisely: collection, registration, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction of data.

The data are currently processed and stored at the headquarters, Via Pitagora, 1, 74020 Faggiano | Taranto.     1. updating, rectification or, when it concerns you, integration of data;
    2. the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
  4. the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfilment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right;
  5. oppose, in whole or in part:
    1. for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data concerning you, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection;
    2. the processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication, through the use of automated call systems without the intervention of an operator by e-mail and / or through traditional marketing methods by telephone and / or paper mail.

It should be noted that the right of opposition of the Data Subject, set out in point b) above, for direct marketing purposes through automated methods extends to traditional ones and that in any case the possibility remains for the Data Subject to exercise the right to object even only partially.
